Sometimes Yonder dreams -- and often it is a recurring one involving golden armour, his younger self and an abstract sense of purpose.

Yonder's Dream is an 8-page Spera comic brought to life through the feverish colours and animated GIF elements of Joanna Krótka (:iconasiulus:), who also came up with the original concept.

Spera: Volume I is now available at your local comic shop and/or bookstore! You can also order it from most online retailers such as

Having just finished reading Spera yesterday, this was a lovely treat.

I did find that the panels that had more than 2 Homestuck-like frames were the ones I enjoyed most, however, animation-wise. The first page, with the flames and the twitching, for example, I really really liked.

Still, good stuff overall. :D

By the way -- since there wasn't really a volume number listed that I'd noticed, will there be a second Spera book at some point?...

Thanks for reading, ozwalled! The second book should be out in early fall. I'll be posting details once it's officially listed somewhere.
